Figure Drawing

Pre-College students at Maine College of Art and Design are require to take one figure drawing class as part of their 7 week program. During this course, students studied anatomy of the human figure and proportion, gesture, space, and form. They were provided with an array of materials and completed dozens of quick sketches as well as longer drawings. Most of the photos shown are 1 to 10 minute drawings from their fourth session.
